This Return & Refund Policy applies to school fee payments, admission charges, and any other payments made to Gyan Vigyan Vidyapith through our online or offline payment channels.
1. Admission Fees
Admission fees paid to confirm a student's seat are generally non-refundable once the admission is confirmed, except where required by applicable education board regulations or state guidelines.
2. Tuition & Term Fees
Tuition and term fees paid in advance may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion in case a student withdraws from the school, subject to deduction of any dues, applicable notice period, and administrative charges, as per the school's fee policy communicated at the time of admission.
3. Transport, Hostel & Other Service Fees
Refunds for transport, hostel, or other optional service fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of service, minus any charges already incurred, subject to written request to the school administration.
4. Accessories & Miscellaneous Charges
Charges paid for uniforms, books, ID cards, or other accessories once issued to the student are non-refundable, as these are procured or customised specifically for the student.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, parents or guardians should submit a written application to the school office along with the relevant payment receipt. Refund requests are reviewed by the administration and, once approved, are processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original mode of payment where possible.
6. Payment Errors
In case of a duplicate payment or a transaction error while paying fees online, please contact the school office immediately with your payment reference so that the matter can be verified and corrected.
